However you never know how accurate the results are. How old are they? Have they been pull from assessed values or feeds of other web sites with old information? You never know what you get.

At this site you will know that the information is up to date. Direct feed from the Gulf Coast MLS and also personal comparable property information. Even a reliable BPO for free if requested. Remember BPO's are not appraisals and cannot be used to that purpose. However a Broker Opinion can be very accurate.
